Prenatal Core Training
My goal is to walk you through practical ways to prepare your core and pelvic floor for a strong and confident birth experience, how to heal and/or prevent diastasis recti, and making your postpartum period work for you.
Postpartum Healing
Restore your core and pelvic floor regardless of how far into your postpartum journey you are. We will work together to create a plan that works with your daily habits to build strength and healing in meaningful, functional ways.
Birth Doula Care
Prenatal appointment support, birth plan support, in-person support during labor, on-call, non-medical support throughout pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum, feeding support, customized newborn workflow, postpartum check in.

Tummy Team Trained Practitioner
While training to become a licensed massage therapist in 2018, a seed was planted in my heart to care for pregnant and postpartum moms. I received specialized training in prenatal massage and craniosacral therapy and went on to work for The Tummy Team, an international online physical therapy clinic specializing in diastasis recti and functional core training, where my passion for serving mothers grew even more.
I went on to pursue professional training with The Tummy Team where I recieved comprehensive prenatal and initial postpartum training to broaden my scope in order to effectively treat functional core weakness, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction related to pregnancy.
I am incredibly honored to apply The Tummy Team approach to my practice.

Kelly Dean, MPT and Founder of The Tummy Team, my mentor and friend, is a pioneer in the field of diastasis recti and functional core and pelvic floor training. I am so honored to have trained with her and apply her 20+ years of expertise to the way in which I work with clients. The principles below have been formed by Kelly and greatly influence how I approach this work.
Retrain the Brain
We use a neuromuscular re-education approach to reconnect the communication between the brain and the affected muscles by reinforcing what the muscle was designed to do. We will work together to retrain the brain to respond to and reinforce that function. The intentional process and progression of our time together is designed to set you up for long-term success.
Make it Functional
The Tummy Team approach purposefully designs every strengthening exercise, anti-compensation stretch, myofascial release, and motor learning strategy to easily integrate into movements you are already doing. This approach prioritizes upright postures with balanced and active muscle alignments.

Our passion is to help you rehabilitate yourself – we just equip you with the awareness and tools you will need to identify and improve ongoing alignment challenges. Our goal is to give you strength and tools for life.
